A New Model for Legal Services – Commercially Accessible Expertise

One of the biggest differentiators that SPR Advisors brings to the industry is our innovative approach to the overall value proposition of legal services. Our consultants operate on a remote-working model (having done so before it became the “new normal”), and as such we do not have to absorb many related and costly overhead expenses. Therefore, we can bring the same experienced, senior legal experts to the table at rates that are extremely competitive and cost-effective.

Most of our lawyers (and those in our network within and outside of the UAE) are former private practice partners / department heads, or have recently come from a senior background in-house in a General Counsel capacity or roles of similar stature. We all have sector-specific expertise in the areas our clients are seeking guidance in, with a particular emphasis on technology and communications work.

Standard and Alternative Fee Options

Outside of the traditional hourly rate structure, we are also able to offer a wide range of potential fee arrangements to clients depending on the nature of legal advice or assistance required. This may include fixed or capped fee arrangements (where matters are reasonably capable of being scoped in advance), blended rates, volume discounts or fees that are pegged to a set period of time (e.g. daily rates).

By way of example, our standard hourly rates for senior legal specialists range from AED 1650-2020 (approximately USD $450.00 -550.00). As noted, we are also happy to discuss alternative fee arrangements or volume discounts based on the nature of assistance that may be required.
